01 Eligibility and Account Registration

By registering an account with 890bet, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 890bet strictly prohibits the registration, use, or access of any account by persons under 21. Players found to be underage will have their accounts closed immediately and any funds held pending review.
• You are accessing the platform of your own free will and for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not located in, or accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online betting is explicitly prohibited by applicable local law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction prior to registering.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
• You are not a current or former employee, agent, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 890bet or any affiliated company.
• You have not previously had an account with 890bet that was suspended, closed, or terminated for breach of these Terms.

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number. 890bet reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time and to suspend account access until such verification is satisfactorily completed.

02 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. All activity conducted under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised the specific transaction or action. 890bet cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact 890bet support at [email protected] immediately. 890bet may temporarily suspend your account while investigating any reported security concern.

You are responsible for ensuring that any device you use to access 890bet is free from malware, spyware, keyloggers, or other software that could compromise the security of your account session. 890bet recommends logging out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

890bet monitors login patterns for anomalous activity. Where unusual access is detected — for example, a login from an unrecognised device or location — the platform may trigger an additional verification step before granting full account access. This is a security measure for your protection.

03 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

890bet accepts deposits in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional bank transfer options are available at 890bet's discretion. All transactions are processed in BDT.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24 hours of request submission, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and bonus wagering requirements.
• Payment method consistency: Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. 890bet reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal instructions where the original deposit method is unavailable.
• Third-party payment restrictions: Deposits from accounts not registered in your own name are prohibited. Use of payment methods belonging to another person, whether a family member or otherwise, is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension.

890bet does not charge processing fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your mobile wallet provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) may apply its own standard transaction fees. You are responsible for any such fees charged by your payment provider.

890bet reserves the right to impose additional identity verification steps before processing a withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the cancellation of the withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests will not be processed where the account has an active bonus with outstanding wagering requirements, unless the player has elected to forfeit the bonus balance.

04 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

890bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers from time to time, including but not limited to a welcome bonus for new registrations. All bonus offers are subject to the following general conditions:

• Welcome bonus: New players are eligible for a 150% match bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. This bonus is credited automatically upon first deposit and does not require a bonus code.
• Wagering requirement: All bonus funds are subject to a 30× (thirty times) wagering requirement, calculated on the total of the deposit plus the bonus amount, before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying the wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100% of each wager placed. Live casino games and table games contribute at a reduced rate of 10%. Crash games contribute 50%. Sports betting wagers do not contribute toward bonus wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Any unconverted bonus balance remaining after this period will be forfeited automatically without compensation.
• Maximum bet during wagering: While an active bonus is in play, the maximum permitted single bet or game stake is ৳500. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus period may be voided at 890bet's discretion and any resulting winnings forfeited.
• One bonus per household: Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim multiple welcome bonuses through the creation of additional accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in account termination.
• Bonus abuse: 890bet employs automated and manual review systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk stake patterns designed to complete wagering requirements without genuine gameplay, arbitrage betting, and coordinated play between multiple accounts. Where bonus abuse is identified, 890bet reserves the right to void all bonus winnings, remove bonus balances, and close the account.

890bet reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the platform and will not affect any bonus already credited to a player's account prior to the change, subject to the terms under which that bonus was originally granted.

05 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets placed on the 890bet sportsbook and all wagers made within the casino, live casino, crash game, or fish shooting game sections are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of each bet or wager before confirming. 890bet will not cancel or reverse a confirmed bet due to player error.

• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and game types. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and may vary by sport, market, game type, and player account level. 890bet reserves the right to adjust stake limits for individual accounts at any time.
• Void bets: A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: match abandonment, postponement without rescheduling within an applicable timeframe, data errors in market settlement, or technical failures that affect market integrity. Voided bets are returned to the player's account at the original stake amount.
• Palpable errors: Where odds, paylines, or game results are published or settled due to a manifest error — including obvious pricing errors on sports markets — 890bet reserves the right to correct the error and re-settle affected bets at the correct price or outcome. Players may not knowingly exploit palpable errors. Any winnings arising from a recognised palpable error may be voided and the original stake returned.
• Settlement timing: Sports betting markets are settled as soon as reasonably practicable following the conclusion of the relevant event. In-play cricket markets are settled upon each over, session, innings, or match conclusion as appropriate to the specific market type.
• Integrity: Placing bets based on insider information, match-fixing arrangements, or any form of corrupt conduct is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities where 890bet has reasonable grounds for suspicion.

For live casino and RNG game disputes, 890bet maintains transaction logs of all game rounds. In the event of a dispute regarding a game outcome, the platform's server-side records shall be considered definitive, subject to review by 890bet's technical team. Results displayed to the player in the client interface are indicative; the server record governs in all cases.

06 Prohibited Conduct and Account Termination

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 890bet platform. Engaging in any of the activities listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account, forfeiture of any balance, and where applicable, reporting to the relevant authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account, or assisting another person to create an account for fraudulent purposes.
• Using software, scripts, bots, crawlers, or automated tools to interact with the platform in any manner not expressly permitted.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of stolen, unauthorised, or disputed payment instruments.
• Exploiting software bugs, vulnerabilities, or technical errors in games or betting markets for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players in live casino games or any multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment betting and gaming.
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, sporting event, or bet through improper means.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or verification information.

890bet reserves the right to suspend access to any account while an investigation into suspected prohibited conduct is ongoing. During a suspension, the player will not be able to deposit, withdraw, place bets, or access game history. 890bet will notify the affected player via their registered contact details where legally permitted to do so.

07 Responsible Gaming Obligations

890bet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We provide the following tools to all registered members free of charge, accessible at any time via the account settings:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. An increase to an existing limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before it becomes effective.
• Session time reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders to alert them after a specified period of uninterrupted play.

The 890bet platform is provided on an "as available" basis. Scheduled maintenance periods will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. 890bet shall not be liable for any losses arising from platform unavailability, technical failures, communication network disruptions, or events outside its reasonable control.

890bet makes no representation or warranty that its services are appropriate or lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction other than where it operates. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using the 890bet platform is lawful in your location.

10 Amendments, Governing Law, and Contact

890bet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and cease using the platform.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. 890bet is committed to resolving all player disputes fairly and in good faith.
